Whether you have been in therapy before or are just beginning the process, I am so proud of you for being here. Therapy is a big step and can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to walk alongside you and provide a safe space for you to move toward hope and healing. As a therapist, I value being authentic and genuine with my clients. This path we walk together is sacred and I will honor you on that journey with authenticity, honesty, and compassion.

 

I believe that our past experiences influence our present, and healing can be found in examining both the hidden and remembered pieces of our lives. Therapy is a place for insight, growth, and empowerment and I would be honored to join you in that process.

 

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy and work from a predominantly psychodynamic perspective. I enjoy working with adolescents, teen, and adults in all stages of life and from all backgrounds, but I particularly enjoy working with mothers who have experienced trauma.
