Associate Therapist

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree Required 

  • Registered with BBS Required prior to first day of work, AMFT only

  • EMDR trained or willingness to be trained by the end of the 1st year of employment (PREFERRED)

  • Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (Simple Practice, Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Meet)

Job Type:

  • Full-time (Full time is considered at 25 client facing hrs/weekly)

Pay:

  • Base rate + commission, discussed during the interview process, competitive pay provided

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, 6-8 hr shifts, schedule will be set upon office availability

Expected Hours Per Week:

  • 25 client facing hrs weekly (we require all therapists to schedule 5 more clients than required weekly to account for cancellations and no shows)

  • 2-3 hrs of Supervision weekly as needed (Individual and group options)

  • 5 additional works hours allowable weekly as needed to complete job requirements for documentation and communication with staff/clients

  • 1 hr staff meeting monthly

What to Expect After You Apply:

  1. After you apply, you will get a response within 48 hours from our admin team letting you know that we received your application and will be reviewing it.  

  2. Please allow 1 week for our staff to review your application and get back to you.  

  3. You will be notified either way and if our team would like to move forward in the interview process, they will contact you to set up a 30 minute introductory video call.  Feel free to ask any questions you may have at that time.  

  4. From there if you are selected to move forward you will be scheduled for a 2 hour in-person interview.
