Pridjet Arikpo, AMFT

Life can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to juggle responsibilities, expectations, and relationships. The beautiful opportunity therapy presents is not having to figure it
out on your own. I am passionate about supporting clients to become their most authentic self, by courageously sharing their life stories, in a judgement-free space. I value helping clients gain a new perspective on unhelpful habits and discover new ways
to navigate through challenges. My goal is to help you recognize the power you hold to make the changes you want to see in your life.

As a therapist, I value being genuine and transparent with my clients. I believe in using a mixture of honesty, acceptance, humor, and compassion to meet clients where they are. My approach is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, couple or family, in
their own unique journey. I often incorporate the use of expressive arts and mindfulness into therapy sessions.

I enjoy working with children and adolescents, while providing a fun space to explore their feelings. I have a passion for working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, family and relationship conflict, grief, loss, and trauma. I am especially passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations.

Starting therapy is a big step. No matter what your experience has been in the past, you do not have to remain stuck. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards hope, joy, and healing.
