I find joy in working with a diverse range of clients, including young children, teens, families, adults, and couples, from various backgrounds. I hold affirming attitudes towards BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ experiences. My passion lies in supporting clients navigating past trauma, family conflicts, use of boundaries, and helping those struggling to feel heard or understood.

Life presents us with obstacles and constant change, all intertwined with the influence of past experiences that shape our journey. However, within these experiences, we encounter hope and resilience. Together, we will navigate through these challenges, uncover the strengths and resources that reside within you, and build on these strengths to further your growth.

In therapy, I consider the entirety of a person—thoughts, emotions, actions, and their connection to the body. I also take into account the social systems that influence your life. Transparency and openness are core values in my practice, and I often blend a directive yet gentle approach. My aim is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experiences as you journey towards healing. Recognizing that each individual is unique, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are on your path to personal growth.
